1. How do I enrol in a course?
Once you choose your course, send a WhatsApp message to +91 9600 8000 20 or email info@wiseteacher.in with the course code, your details, and contact information. Our advisors will guide you through the process.
2. When will my course begin after enrolment?
Your course begins on the official start date mentioned in your welcome letter and course schedule. Please ensure you complete enrolment before the registration deadline. You may contact our admissions team if you need clarification regarding start dates.
3. Can I enrol from outside India?
Yes. Our courses are open to both Indian and international learners. All programs are delivered online, and time-zone flexibility is considered for session-based learning.
4. What are the eligibility requirements?
Courses are designed for teachers, educators, school counsellors, and aspiring education professionals.A graduate or postgraduate qualification is recommended. Having an education degree is an advantage but not mandatory for all courses.
5. Is there any entrance exam?
No. There is no entrance examination required to enrol in our courses.
6. Is there an age limit to enrol?
No. Our courses are open to lifelong learners without any age restriction.
7. Can I enrol in multiple courses at the same time?
Yes. You may enrol in up to three courses simultaneously, depending on your learning capacity and availability.
8. Are the courses self-paced or time scheduled?
Most courses are self-paced with a maximum completion period of 12 months. You can complete the program earlier depending on your progress.
9. How are the courses conducted?
Courses are delivered through three learning modes:

• Email-guided learning
• WhatsApp-guided learning
• Live session-based learning

You can choose your preferred mode during enrolment.
10. How do session-based courses work?
You will be assigned a trainer and attend live one-to-one sessions. The session schedule will be planned based on mutual availability.
11. How do WhatsApp-based courses work?
Course materials are shared via WhatsApp, and you can interact with your trainer through chat, voice notes, and discussions.
12. How do email-based courses work?
Learning materials are shared through email, and your assigned guide supports you through email-based interaction and feedback.
13. What is the difference between email, WhatsApp, and session-based courses?
All learning modes provide the same course materials, assignments, and trainer support. The only difference is the method of communication with your assigned trainer.
14. Will the courses include recorded video lectures?
No. Our courses focus on guided learning and live interaction rather than pre-recorded lecture videos.
15. How will I receive course materials?
Course materials are shared digitally through email or WhatsApp and may include PDFs, presentations, reference guides, audio files, video links, and activity-based learning resources.
16. Who will conduct the training?
Training is delivered by experienced master trainers with strong expertise in educational psychology, child and adolescent development, counselling, teaching, and professional training practice.
17. Can I study from home or while working?
Yes. Our flexible learning model allows you to study from home, workplace, or while travelling, as long as you have internet access.
18. Will there be assignments?
Yes. Assignments are included after each module to help you apply your learning practically. They are designed to assess understanding rather than memorisation.
19. Are there examinations?
No traditional written exams are conducted. Certification is based on assignment completion, practical application, and trainer evaluation.
20. Can I resubmit assignments if needed?
Yes. Learners may resubmit assignments according to course guidelines.
21. Who will issue the certificate?
Certificates are issued jointly by Upgrade Academy and School Psychology India, carrying both institutional logos.
22. Are these courses affiliated with UGC or universities?
These are professional expertise and competency-based courses designed to enhance teaching practice. They are not UGC degree programs. Some specialised programs may be conducted in collaboration with reputed institutions, and details are mentioned in individual course descriptions.
23. How valuable are these courses professionally?
These programs strengthen professional skills, improve classroom practice, enhance student support abilities, and support career advancement in education and school counselling roles.
24. Can I view sample certificates or course materials before enrolment?
Due to copyright and quality assurance policies, course materials are shared only after enrolment. However, program details and course structure can be explained by our advisors.

No. Only the course fee is payable. There are no application or processing charges.
27. Can course fees be paid in instalments?
Currently, full course payment is required at the time of enrolment.
28. What is the refund policy?
• Full refund if cancelled more than 3 weeks before course start
• 25% fee retained if cancelled less than 3 weeks before start
• 50% fee retained if cancelled less than 1 week before start
• No refund after course commencement
• No refund for offline workshops or training programs
